Starting the Gourmets Gone Missing Quest
To begin the quest, head over to the Riverside Stable located in the Hyrule Field region near the Owlan Bridge. Speak with Penn, the Lucky Clover Gazette reporter, who will inform you about a group of gourmets expected to arrive with a secret recipe. You can stay updated on similar quest walkthroughs and daily gaming news to help navigate every corner of Hyrule efficiently.
After speaking with Penn, cross the nearby bridge to the west toward the campsite area. You will find an abandoned camp with a note on a table detailing a recipe created by the famous chef Meat recipes.
Locating the Missing Travelers
Following the trail lead from the campsite down the path toward the nearby tree grove where the traveler group is stranded. You will discover the travelers collapsed under the trees, suffering from severe food poisoning after consuming uncooked raw meat.
To cure them, you need to prepare the exact dish mentioned in the camp's recipe book. The dish required to restore their health is a warm Meat and Rice Bowl.
Cooking the Meat and Rice Bowl
To cook the required meal, you will need three primary ingredients: Raw Meat, Hylian Rice, and Fresh Milk. Raw Meat can easily be harvested by hunting wild game nearby, while Hylian Rice and Fresh Milk can be purchased from travelling merchants or at Hateno Village.
Once you gather the necessary components, throw them into a cooking pot to prepare the Meat and Rice Bowl. Bring the freshly cooked dish back to the group's leader, Gotter, to heal him and his companions.
Completing the Quest and Claiming Rewards
After receiving the meal, Gotter will recover and distribute the dish to the rest of the group. With their health restored, the gourmets express their deep gratitude for Link's quick intervention.
Gotter will reward you with various cooking ingredients, including extra Hylian Rice, Fresh Milk, and Raw Meat, along with Rupees from Penn. The quest officially completes, allowing the gourmets to continue their culinary journey across Hyrule.
